Pinot Gris 2018

Nicely poised with overtones of pear and a crisp finish

Pinot Gris 2019

A powerful and complex bouquet of pears, kiwifruit, cedar and floral spice, derived from barrel fermentation. The palate is round and rich with lemon, cinnamon and stone fruit flavours. A soft texture with a mineral acidity to finish. Complex and interesting.

Pinot Noir 2018

This wine has aromas of rich cherry and berries and some hints of spice and forest floor. Matured in French oak for 12 months it has generous depth and soft tannins. This wine drinks well now but will reward further cellaring.

Pinot Noir 2019

This vintage created a wine of increased intensity. Wild fermentation and maturation in French Oak Hogs Heads resulted in a complex wine with rich cherry and berry aromas, flavours of fruit and spice and soft tannins.

Shiraz 2016

Already aged nicely, this shiraz has a nose of berries and spicy plum, with hints of cedar, overtones of leather and a rich fruity palate. A medium body shiraz ready to drink now.

Shiraz 2018

The wine has a fragrantly spiced nose with peppers, raspberry and juniper aromas. The palate is rich red fruits of berries and currants with hints of spice and black pepper finishing off with tannins and integrated oak. Drinking beautifully right now this wine will continue to improve with age.

Shiraz 2019

Lifted aromatics of rich fruit berry fruits with a smooth palate of spice, berries and cedar, pepper and fine tannins. This wine is ready to drink now but will reward further cellaring.

Rose 2018

A Rosé with a delightful floral bouquet. The palate has overtones of poached pears in cloves, with a crisp dry finish. Serve chilled.

Rose 2019

Lifted rose petal and hints of spice, pear and Turkish delight.This is a dry style Rosé with a little extra length.
